The gap you already feel

You are doing the work.
The system wasn't built for it.

We built inPOWER™ because the people closest to this problem — reentry professionals, DOC staff, and people with lived experience — were working without the infrastructure they deserved.

● Reentry Professionals

You have the relationships. You've been missing the framework.

You know what your clients need. You've watched programs come and go that weren't built from the inside. inPOWER™ gives you a complete, branded, licensed curriculum — so you deliver transformation, not improvisation.

● DOC / Correctional Professionals

You track inputs. Leadership wants outcomes you can prove.

Recidivism reports, legislative scrutiny, Reentry 2030 mandates — and programs that generate activity without measurable change. inPOWER™ is built for outcome measurement from day one — pre/post assessments, KPI dashboards, grant-ready reporting.

● Peer Support / Lived Experience

Your story is your credential. Now get the infrastructure to match.

You know this journey from the inside. But lived experience without institutional backing is invisible to systems. inPOWER™'s peer facilitator track was built for you — it validates what you already carry and gives it a credential.

What you get

Everything is already built.
You don't start from scratch.

01

Complete Curriculum — Written and Ready

38 weeks (Her) or 44 weeks (Him) of session-by-session facilitator guides, participant workbooks, talking circle protocols, somatic tools, and activity sheets. Not a framework you have to flesh out — a full program you deliver.

02

Assessment Platform — inpowerher.net

Pre-built outcomes tracking platform with validated assessment battery (RSE, CD-RISC, PCL-5, AUDIT, DAST-10, employment outcomes), KPI dashboard, clinical flag system, funder portal, and grant-ready reporting. Your data tells your story.

03

AI-Powered Facilitator Guidance

After every assessment, the platform generates personalized, trauma-informed coaching guidance for each participant — what the scores mean, what to do next, what to watch for, conversation starters. No clinical background required.

04

Workforce Navigator / Reentry OS™

Fair-chance employment platform integrated directly into the program. Participants build skills-based profiles, access WOTC-eligible employers, and practice disclosure — with their data tracked for 12-month employment outcomes.

05

RTT — Returning Trauma Team Model

52 weeks of post-release support structure: peer coach + licensed therapist + family liaison. The infrastructure for continuity of care is built in — not an add-on you figure out later.

06

inPOWER™ Facilitator Network on Slack

Join certified facilitators across the country in the inPOWER™ Facilitator Network — a private Slack workspace for peer support, resource sharing, and community between quarterly CoP calls. Preview the network →

The path forward

From application to delivering impact.

Four clear steps. No ambiguity. No figuring it out as you go.

1

Apply

Complete the online application. Peer track applicants verify their program completion. Professional applicants provide org endorsement. Review takes 5 business days.

2

Train

5-day in-person certification intensive. 40 hours across 5 competency domains: Framework Knowledge, Somatic Safety, Talking Circle, Curriculum Delivery, Self-Regulation Under Pressure.

3

Certify

Pass all 5 domains. Receive your inPOWER™ Certified Facilitator credential — digitally issued, LinkedIn-shareable, QR-verified. License to deliver all 4 program modules.

4

Deliver

Deliver at your own org under an individual or site license — or become a Red Cape Leadership Group employee and deliver at DOCs, facilities, and reentry orgs across the country.

Who this is for

You already know this work.
We built the infrastructure for it.

You stop improvising.
You start delivering.

You've been in this field long enough to know what works — and long enough to watch underfunded programs cycle through without results. inPOWER™ gives you everything you've been missing: a complete curriculum, a platform that proves it's working, and a credential that says you know how to deliver it.

Whether you bring it to your organization under a site license, or deliver it as a Red Cape-employed facilitator, you are no longer the person trying to build the plane while flying it.

Deliver a complete 38 or 44-week program — not a workshop series
Track participant outcomes with validated instruments — funder-ready from day one
Earn a nationally recognized credential that validates your expertise
Access employment through Red Cape Leadership Group for facility delivery
The program is already designed. The material is already created. The platform is already built. You show up and deliver.
The Identity Shift
Case manager with a heart→Certified Facilitator with a credential
Program you built yourself→Licensed curriculum with evidence base
Outcomes you report anecdotally→Validated data on a funder portal

You give your staff
something that works.

Your programs team is doing their best with what they have. But "best effort" doesn't satisfy a legislative hearing, a Reentry 2030 compliance review, or a Second Chance Act funder asking for 70/80 outcomes. inPOWER™ gives your staff a program that was built for measurement — not retrofitted for it.

inPOWER™ can be licensed directly to your department or facility. Your staff get certified. Your participants get a structured program. Your reporting gets real data.

Site license for your facility — staff deliver under your org banner
Pre/post assessment battery meets Reentry 2030 and DOJ outcome standards
KPI dashboard and funder portal built for legislative and grant reporting
Clinical flag system routes high-risk participants to appropriate support
Finally a program where the data layer was built from day one — not added after the fact to satisfy a grant report.
The Identity Shift
Activity tracking in spreadsheets→Outcome measurement on a live platform
Recidivism as a lagging indicator→Pre/post change scores in real time
Program you can't prove is working→Evidence-based model with your data

Your lived experience
becomes a licensed credential.

You survived it. You rebuilt. You stayed. And now you're watching systems hire people who studied it in classrooms while you were living it. The peer facilitator track was designed specifically for you — it doesn't ask you to pretend you didn't go through what you went through. It asks you to lead with it.

Your participant code from completing inPOWER Her™ or Him™ is your prerequisite. Everything else — the training, the credential, the infrastructure — we provide.

Peer Facilitator track validates lived experience as professional qualification
5-day intensive training designed for non-clinical backgrounds
Earn $38K–$48K as a Red Cape Staff Facilitator — living wage, benefits, W-2
Monthly clinical supervision provided — you are never alone with the hard moments
We do not empower people. We activate what incarceration buried. The power was always there. The work is reclamation.
The Identity Shift
Peer mentor with no credential→Certified Peer Facilitator — LIH issued
Gig work and contract instability→W-2 employment with benefits
Story no one has a place for→Lived experience as your qualification

All participants complete the AUDIT (WHO Alcohol Use) and DAST-10 (Drug Abuse Screening) at intake and program completion as part of the standard wellness check-in. Scores above clinical thresholds are automatically flagged for RTT licensed therapist review. Both instruments are SAMHSA-endorsed, validated for reentry populations, and free to administer.

📋
Why platform use is mandatory — not optional
The inpowerher.net assessment platform is a condition of every inPOWER™ license because program fidelity and outcome measurement are non-negotiable. Every cohort must be logged. Every participant enrolled. Every pre and post assessment administered through the platform. This is how we protect the integrity of the data that funders, DOCs, and legislatures rely on — and how we ensure that the 22:1 ROI figure attached to this program reflects real results, not anecdote. The $59/month individual platform fee is less than 2% of the $6,500 per-participant fair market value and is the most defensible line item in any grant budget.
